Each search CMD undertake is personally overseen by our founder Paul Carter Hemlin. We ensure every search is unique to our clients’ needs and timescales.
Because we are Contract Managers and not generic recruitment consultants our goal and our USP is that we can remove a lot of the ‘quality assessment’ burden from our clients, saving their time by providing intelligent commercial and contract management experience when searching for and reviewing potential candidates.
OUR CORE SEARCH & SELECTION SERVICES COMPRISE OF:
- We take the time to listen to our clients to understand their requirements and the nature of the candidate required
- CMD can provide up-to-date advice on remuneration packages, using benchmarks from similar roles advertised in the last 3 months
- We produce an estimated timeline for the recruitment process, showing key stages
- Carry out an initial review of our existing network of candidates
- If required, draft an advertisement for our clients to approve prior to publication
- Advertise on national and/or international websites specifically aimed at the Contracts, Commercial and Supply Chain communities
- Advertise the post via the CMD website, Facebook and Twitter
- Summarise, recommend and discuss potential candidates with our client
- Paul will personally carry out a telephone interview with any prospective candidate prior to client interview to ensure suitability and to minimise the client time required
- We provide our client with a weekly summary of our progress during the search
