We do this by harnessing the latest technologies and using an established network of trusted self-employed Associates that we regularly collaborate with to support our clients’ requirements. This removes the need for large expensive offices, admin and support staff and eliminates the risk of any downtime burden when not on assignment – all of which clients indirectly pay for in the traditional consultancy model.
We currently have over 50 experienced & qualified Associates based throughout the UK and another 20 based in locations such as mainland Europe, North America, Brazil & Dubai. All Associates have signed NDAs with us & we put a new contract in place with them for every new assignment.
CMD’s Directors are experienced commercial professionals who still practice. This means that unlike recruitment and interim agencies we completely understand our clients and their business, because these are the market sectors we have always operated in.
Because of our background we ensure we provide the right skills & resource and we always meet and get to know all of our Associates before we work with them. Saving our clients’ time in having to articulate their requirements to non-commercial recruiters and then vetting numerous candidates which generic multi disciplinary agencies would not understand whether they were suitable for the role or not.
We deliberately do not conform the ‘traditional’ Consultancy model because we think it is has no place in the 21st Century. We do not have a fixed team of permanent employees that we constantly need to deploy regardless of suitability, best fit and location. We have access to an established skill base that is agile and flexes for our client’s needs.
