CMD requested to participate in Legal-ease article
Paul Carter Hemlin, Founder of CMD was requested to participate along with 12 other legal experts in a special-feature in Supply Management magazine that was published on 30 October 2008.
The purpose of the article was to use plain English to describe the meaning behind a number of commonly used legal phrases.
Such phrases included consequential loss, force majeure, reasonable and partnership. Paul provided a simple definition behind the concept of Consideration.
Supply Management has received considerable praise from its global readership for the piece, so much so it intends to run a follow up feature before the end of the year in which Paul has been asked to participate again.
