CMD to hold a 2 day Service Level Agreements Workshop in Kuala Lumpur
Following the recent success of CMD Founder Paul Carter Hemlin speaking at the premier Contracts event in the Middle East, Paul will be providing a 2 day SLA master-class in Malaysia on 10 and 11 August.
Paul is known throughout the industry as an expert on this topic, having influenced numerous high-profile deals, he has advised several blue-chip organisations on their SLAs. Paul has had numerous articles published and has spoken at events around the world on this subject.
