The Virtual Contract Manager
Smaller businesses still need World class commercial advice. This pay as you go service provides ad hoc fixed price advice for distinct packages of work such as drafting a NDA or reviewing a bid/proposal or drafting contractual letters.
The Part Time Contract Manager
The value of contracts entered into by Medium sized organisations requires commercial rigour and excellence. Should your PM really be acting as your Contract Manager? Perhaps you are a supplier to a large corporation who uses professional contracts personnel. You don't need a full-time resource, but can you afford not to use this cost-effective Part-Time alternative?
The Dedicated Contract Manager
The scale of your organisation and your trading partners dictate you need a full-time commercial expert. Possibly on a Project-by-Project basis, which rules out a permanent hire. We can agree long term assignments to ensure you have the right resource in place for however long you need?
