Revenue Recovery

Contract Baselining
This product is similar to the Contract Handbook but is usually undertaken at a point in time during the term of a live contract. It is particularly useful if a scope related problem has occurred in times of potential dispute, where clear, concise advice is required with regards to yours and your trading partners commitments and deliverables.
