As procurement activities progress the CMD team are experts in understanding complex contract provisions and relating them to operating strategy in a beneficial manner. We are experienced in developing strategies and deal-shaping complex, competitive situations involving multiple variables. We pride ourselves on ensuring specifications and contract deliverables align with our customer's business requirements. We understand how the correct tensions in a contract can incentivise performance and breed an environment of trust and collaboration and also have witnessed where the incorrect drivers have doomed a project to failure before the deal has even been signed.
We are experienced negotiators and skilled influencers, our team has considerable experience in leading bid teams and in contract formation and drafting. We are highly experienced in the preparation of contract schedules and annexes on such matters as Scope of Services, Acceptance Criteria, SLAs and Payment Terms.
CMD provides advice on all pre-contract signature requirements including Letters of Intent, Non Disclosure Agreements, Heads of Agreement and Memorandums of Understanding.
